Tier I - Talent Sourcing
Certrec presents you with transitioning military personnel matching your job requirements, including nuclear (non-SkillBridge) candidates who are immediately available.
Should you hire one of our candidates, a 15% sourcing fee is charged based on the applicant’s annual base salary.
Our DOD-Approved SkillBridge Program
Tier II - Nuclear Talent Sourcing
Tier II candidates are transitioning members of successful naval nuclear careers who will complete our 90-day DOD-approved SkillBridge training.
Through Certrec’s SkillBridge program, Tier II candidates receive mentoring from industry experts and intensive training in regulatory affairs, equipping military members with the necessary skills to excel in the nuclear sector. In addition, training can be customized with your specific plant needs.
