Regulatory Compliance Expert Certrec Offers Heads Up! Webinar Series for Addressing Key NRC Regulatory Developments

Webinar series focuses on reducing regulatory vulnerabilities for RegSource customers.

Fort Worth, TX (PRWEB) April 30, 2013 — Certrec, a leading licensing and regulatory compliance provider for NRC, FERC, and NERC compliance, is pleased to announce the webinar series Heads Up! for NRC compliance.

In addition to Certrec’s daily monitoring of regulatory developments for its RegSource clients, the Heads Up! webinar series addresses regulatory developments that may require additional attention or industry action to reduce regulatory vulnerabilities. Offered to RegSource clients, the Heads Up! series addresses issues such as:

– Plant vulnerabilities in the NRC’s Mitigating System Performance Index

– Upcoming changes in safety culture monitoring

– Cyber Security inspection experience

“We try to communicate critical issues to our clients without overloading them with too much information,” says Al Haeger, Certrec’s Office of Licensing and Compliance Director. “Webinars allow our clients to address applicable issues that may require action in the short term. Our client response has been very positive.”

Ted Enos, Certrec’s President, believes that managing the process of sharing data, information, and intelligence is a critical need for nuclear industry clients today. “With budget pressures and constant regulatory changes, our clients need to get the right information and intelligence delivered to the right people at the right time. These value-added webinars accomplish that,” says Enos.

A webinar on Emergency Preparedness Greater-Than-Green Findings is scheduled for May 1.
